Mauser 1914, 7.65mm. This is German WWI Imperial proofed on top of the slide in front of the rear sight. This has the correct checkered walnut grips and has all matching numbers with an unnumbered barrel. The blue rates about 90% and the bore is G-VG. There is a factory error, as the serial number shows an over-stamp on the rear frame and slide.
