There are multiple ways to purchase a firearm from us. You may call, email, or purchase directly from the website. Upon contact/checking out, you will be prompted to provide a FFL, unless it is an Antique Firearm, or you have a FFL already associated with your account. We are a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer (01 FFL). We will provide a copy of our FFL and invoice enclosed within each package. Check/Money Order payment to be made to:

A Modern Firearm is a firearm made on or after January 1st 1899 and will require shipment to a Federal Firearms Licensee.
A C&R Firearm is a firearm that is at least 50 years old or is otherwise noted by the ATF as a C&R Firearm. C&R Firearms may be shipped to any FFL or directly to a buyer who holds a C&R/03 FFL License unless otherwise required by your municipality.
An Antique Firearm is a firearm made in or before the year 1898 or otherwise classified as an Non-FFL Firearm and will not require any special documentation unless otherwise required by your municipality. Buyers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and provide proof of age.
We accept cash-always, personal checks (with a holding period), certified checks, money orders (including USPS), and all types of credit/debit and gift cards.
Shipping is through USPS (United States Postal Service), rates will vary from $14.95-$50.00 which is value/weight based, full insurance included. Upon customer request, other services are available for an additional fee. Buyer is responsible for abiding by their local laws regarding purchase/ownership of any items purchased from us.
Yes, we do ship internationally. Antique firearms can be shipped directly to you, provided it is legally allowed in your municipality. Modern firearms can be shipped to your exporter of choice; if needed we can recommend a reliable exporter for you. Non-firearms can be shipped directly to you, provided it is legally allowed in your municipality. International shipments will incur an additional fee. Please contact us to finalize all international purchases.
All items are guaranteed for life to be as originally described. We offer a 3-day no hassle inspection period, if not satisfied with the item please return it in the same condition as shipped, we will refund your payment minus shipping and MC/CC fees. For a refund, item must be received in the same condition as shipped. If parts are found to be replaced, traded, exchanged, missing, or otherwise modified; a 20% restocking fee from the retail listed price on this website will be deducted from any/all refund(s). If we are negligent in our assessment of originality, all fees, including shipping both ways, will be refunded. All sales are final for items sold out of our location and at shows.
Yes, we are always interested in purchasing single items and/or up to large collections and are willing to travel. Please see our “Sell Your Gun” tab. If travelling to purchase your item(s), please note we require pictures beforehand.
Yes, we do offer appraisal and consultation services on a per item basis, at $79 per item per written appraisal/consultation. If you would like an appraisal/consultation, please purchase this item. After doing so, we will reach out to you to arrange the evaluation(s). For large collections we offer appraisals on a half/full day basis plus expenses incurred and are willing to travel. Pictures will be required. Please contact us for quotes.
We will hold items for 7 days upon receipt of email, phone, or website purchase commitment.
We do not have a storefront, but are open to appointments on a case-by-case basis. We do regularly attend major collector trade shows/events and are happy to bring a specific item to a show/event if requested.
Yes, we do accept consignments. Our consignment terms vary from 10-20%, please contact us for a quote.
We are always open to quality trades; however, please keep in mind that we must make a profit on all items traded.
Yes, we do offer layaways. Our terms for layaways are 10% down for 30 days, 20% down for 60 days, and 35% down for 90 days. Please understand that all sales are final and that there are no refunds or exchanges on layaways nor does a 3-day inspection privilege apply. If you would like to put an item on layaway, please purchase the item from our website and use the “pay by check” option. When checking out, leave a note in the “Note” section stating that you are desiring a layaway and which of the above terms you are selecting. Simply send the payments as selected or contact us for a Credit/Debit card payment.
In general we do not negotiate except on occasion; however, if we do receive an offer and the item sells first on our website, the website sale takes precedence.
