DWM 1900 American Eagle, 7.65mm Parabellum. This is 1 of 1000 which was tested by the US Army in 1901. This has all correct features, to include Checkered walnut grips, a Grip safety, dished toggle, No German BUG proofs, Not marked Germany, and the take down serial number is on the right side of the stud. This was subsequentially sold to Francis Bannerman in 1910, and is in the solid block of serial numbers, from 6361-7108 Purchased. This now retains about 70% of the original Rust blue and the bore is VG+. The proper, unmarked, wooden base magazine is included.
