Webley Mark IV, 38 S&W Revolver. This has the 4″ barrel and black Bakelite grips with the Webley Logo at the top. This is marked T.P.F. 686=Toronto Police Force on the butt. Built with serrated front and rear grip straps along with a serrated trigger as well. There are no importer marking, and all matching serial numbers. The blue rates about 95% and the bore is VG++.
