Description
Walther PP – 7.65mm – RFV Marked (Reich’s Finance Ministry)
This is a superb example of a Walther PP (Polizeipistole) chambered in 7.65mm (.32 ACP), featuring rare and highly sought-after “RFV” (Reichsfinanzverwaltung) marking on the front strap—indicating issue to Germany’s Reich’s Finance Ministry during the pre- or early-WWII era.
The pistol is fitted with classic black Bakelite grips and retains its original finger extension magazine, providing both period-correct form and function. The original blue finish rates about 93%, with only light edge wear consistent with careful handling over time. Mechanically solid, the bore is excellent—clean and sharp.
This Walther PP is a rare find, especially with the RFV designation, and is an outstanding piece for collectors of German police/military firearms.
