DWM 1900 American Eagle Luger, chambered in 7.65mm Parabellum (.30 Luger). This pistol is fitted with checkered walnut grips and does not bear German B.U.G. commercial proof marks. “GERMANY” is marked on the forward frame, consistent with its manufacture for export, and there are no importer markings.

All numbers match. The wooden-base magazine is also marked “GERMANY” on the bottom. The pistol retains approximately 98% of its blue finish, and the bore is fair.

The distinctive American Eagle chamber crest identified DWM Lugers intended for the American market. The Model 1900 also holds an important place in U.S. firearms history as the pattern evaluated during the U.S. Army’s early Luger trials.
