CZ-24, 380 caliber. This is Czech dated 1928 on the left side of the slide, and is proof/dated 1929 on the right side of the frame above the nice smooth walnut grips. This is Infantry marked 38P769 on the front strap. This has all matching serial numbers with an unnumbered magazine. the blue rates about 95% and the bore is excellent.
