Walther PP – 7.65mm, PDM-Marked Munich Police Variant

A beautifully preserved example of an early post-war police pistol, this Walther PP in 7.65mm is marked PDM 823 on the left side of the frame, identifying it as issued to the Munich Police (Polizei Der München). These PDM-marked pistols are increasingly hard to find, especially in this condition.

This example features the correct black Bakelite grips with the Walther Banner prominently molded at the top, and a bottom magazine release, consistent with early police issue. It comes equipped with a black finger extension magazine base, offering better ergonomics and an original period-correct appearance.

The finish is outstanding, retaining approximately 98% of its deep commercial blue, showing only the faintest signs of handling or holster wear. The bore is excellent—bright, clean, and sharp, indicating minimal use.
