Description
Walther PP, 7.65mm, German crown N proofed. This early pistol was built in 1930 and has the inverted serial number. This was originally built with the split firing pin, but has been factory altered to the standard single firing pin, and the smaller safety and small ring hammer has been updated as well, as most were. This has the black finger extension magazine base upon a later WWII era magazine. The black Bakelite grips are the open back variant, which could be correct during the transition. Strong 97% blue and an excellent bore. A nice early pistol.
