Outstanding 1940 Mauser P.08 Police Luger chambered in 9mm Parabellum. Features the desirable Mauser Banner toggle, Police Eagle “L” marking on the right side of the receiver, German WWII Eagle/N proof marks, and the original sear safety intact. Fitted with checkered walnut grips and retains all matching serial numbers, including the correct aluminum-base magazine. Approximately 98% original blue finish remains with an excellent bore. Police-issued Lugers equipped with matching magazines and intact sear safeties are increasingly difficult to locate, making this an exceptional example for the advanced German military collector.
