Description

This is a Dreyse Model 1907 chambered in 7.65mm, featuring police acceptance markings and matching serial numbers throughout. The front strap is marked “S.C.II.K.8”, where the “S” denotes Schupo, the “C” denotes Kassel, the “K” indicates motor police, and the final “8” identifies this as gun number 8.
The pistol is also marked “1920” on the left-hand side. It has an arsenal-replaced left grip panel made of wood. All serialized parts are matching, including the magazine, which is numbered “8” on the base, corresponding to the front strap markings.

Included is a brown leather police-pattern holster, maker marked Schambach & Company, Berlin (1941). The holster features a police acceptance stamp on the front. The reverse side of the holster is serial numbered to the pistol and shows an arsenal-replaced belt loop.
A well-preserved police-issued example with matching components and correct period holster, reflecting historical service use and arsenal maintenance.
